Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts
Shoppers must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and follow applicable laws and assignment briefings. Registration creates an account request. Access is granted only after administrator approval, and access to available jobs also requires successful identity verification. Accounts may be rejected, blocked, or returned for updated verification files for security, policy, or quality reasons.
Assignments
Only verified shoppers may accept work, and only work they can complete by the stated deadline and in the stated location. The title, briefing, location, reward, and deadline shown when you accept are recorded with the assignment. Reports must be honest, original, and supported by requested evidence.
Review and revisions
Submitted reports are reviewed before approval. Administrators may request a revision with written feedback. Approval does not override a client-specific reimbursement or payment condition disclosed in the briefing.
Rewards and expenses
A listed reward describes the amount associated with acceptable completion. Payment timing, supported methods, tax treatment, and reimbursable expenses are handled under the applicable assignment instructions or a separate written agreement. Approved rewards are recorded in the platform reward balance; any receipt-based expense reimbursement is reviewed separately.
A legitimate assignment will never require a shopper to receive, transfer, cash, convert, or forward third-party money, checks, cryptocurrency, or gift cards through a personal account. Shoppers should report any instruction that asks them to do so.
